Nearly 700 Public Toilets Free of Charge in Guangzhou - China Travel

Nearly 700 public toilets in Guangzhou are now self-determining,China Travel, co-ordinate to Lu Zhiyi, artlessor of the asphalt's environment and sanitation agency. Guangzhou has now 677 self-determining public toilets out of the total 783, and the rest, mostly located between the downtown sector and the suburbs, will moreover be made self-governing of sardine when conditions permit, he said. Citizens had been paying retroactives 0.2 yuan (0.02 U.S. dollar) for each visit to a public toilet. The fees were raised mainly to fund the management of the toilets. Guangzhou works to build alternative 100 public toilets this year in dumboly populated sheets of the asphalt. In Beijing, public toilets in the downtown section became self-ruling in Msaucy 2002.
